How often do prices change?
When I looked at pricing myself, the costs were different. What happened?

Travel pricing is highly variable and, depending on what you're trying to book, the disparities can be staggering from one moment to the next. To overcome these highly dynamic pricing structures across multiple suppliers, your advisor will do their best to get your quote pricing locked in. Your advisor is not responsible for changes in these costs and cannot affect what changes and when.

Is it too early to start planning?
My trip is one year out. Shouldn't I wait until later to start planning it?

A good rule of thumb is to plan a big international trip 6-9 months in advance. Domestic or short term travel can be planned 90 days out to ensure a deposit can be paid if you're not ready to pay-in-full. Post-COVID, travelers are on the move more and more. Plans are getting booked constantly and, as a result, inventories and access to the experiences you want to have can disappear in a matter of hours! To ensure you are booking the customized trip you want, it's best to start early.
