Terms & Conditions - WanderLuxury Travel, LLC
WanderLuxury Travel, LLC (“WLT”) will facilitate, make, and manage all bookings and reservations with the suppliers noted in your proposal (e.g., hotels, resorts, car services, flights, DMCs, tour operators, etc.) on your behalf and handle all communications with these suppliers (the “Services”). Self-initiated bookings are not permitted and will result in the termination of the Services. unless confirmed via prior written agreement.
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Services provided by Djarta Halliday of WLT Powered by Fora Travel, the Modern Travel Agency (host agency) hereinafter referred to as "the Advisor".
1. Booking Process
1.1. By providing your electronic signature on the Planning Fee Form for the Advisor, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
1.2. Bookings can be made via the Advisor's website, mobile app, telephone, or supplier links provided by the Advisor.
1.3. The customer must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
1.4. The customer must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
2. Payment
2.1. Payment for the Services must be made in full at the time of invoice receipt, unless otherwise specified and agreed.
2.2. Trip Prices are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed.
2.3. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, Zelle, and Venmo.
3. Cancellations and Amendments
3.1. Cancellation and amendment policies vary depending on the travel service booked and are subject to the terms and conditions of the suppliers.
3.2. The Advisor reserves the right to charge cancellation or amendment fees as per the service provider's policy.
3.3 Cancellation of trip does not void payment for Services provided by the Advisor.
4. Travel Documents
4.1. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid and up-to-date before the final booking.
4.2. The Advisor will not be liable for any costs or losses incurred due to the customer's failure to obtain the necessary travel documents, required and accurate information, or any in-destination fees.
5. Travel Insurance
5.1. The Advisor strongly recommends that customers purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.
6. Liability
6.1. The Advisor acts as an intermediary between the customer and the suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators) and shall not be liable for any acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of these third-party providers.
6.2. The Advisor shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or injuries incurred during the provision of travel services, except where such losses, damages, or injuries are caused by the Advisor's gross negligence.
7. Force Majeure
7.1. The Advisor shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the provision of travel services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, acts of terrorism, and government regulations.
8. Governing Law
8.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
9.1. The Advisor reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The customer's continued use of the Advisor's services constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.
